These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Dewi4D platform. By registering an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this document. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use Dewi4D. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing any gaming services on this platform.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one account on Dewi4D only. Duplicate accounts may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds. All transactions are in MYR.
All bonuses and promotions carry wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting rollover requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Dewi4D will not be liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Identity documents must match the account holder's registered details. Withdrawals are paid in MYR only.
Any attempt fraud, collusion, or exploitation of software errors will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds. All game outcomes are RNG-certified.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and Dewi4D ("the Platform", "we", "usour") governing your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality available on the Dewi4D platform, accessible at dewi4d.cam and any associated subdomains or applications.

Access to and use of the Dewi4D platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the platform:
You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age. Dewi4D enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-type gaming activities. Any Person found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration, or who provides false age information, will have their Account immediately terminated and all funds — including winings — will be forfeited.
21+ Strictly Enforced: Dewi4D employs age verification procedures at registration and during KYC review. Providing false date of birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Dewi4D platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Dewi4D does not warrant the legality of its services in all jurisdictions.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or who otherwise lack contractual capacity are not permitted to register or use the platform.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Dewi4D may, without notice, close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein if multiple accounts are detected.
To access Real Money Play on Dewi4D, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, email address, and mobile telephone number.
You agree that all information provided during registration and at any point during your use of the platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Dewi4D reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Dewi4D will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify Dewi4D support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
Dewi4D may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
Dewi4D accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-approved payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Dewi4D does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which Dewi4D accepts no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods or promotional offers. Dewi4D reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time without prior notice.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawals of available funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and any applicable wagering requirements associated with active bonuses.
To be eligible to withdraw funds, a Player must:

Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically5 to 30 minutes; DuitNow bank transfers — typically instant to1 hour; standard bank transfers — typically within the same business day. These timeframes are indicative only and may vary due to payment provider processing schedules or additional verification requirements.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily or monthly withdrawal caps may apply and are displayed within the player account portal. Dewi4D reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests of significant value, which may extend processing times.
Dewi4D offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. The specific terms applicable to each promotion will be displayed at the point of offer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they or any winings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x15 means you must place total bets equal to fifteen times the bonus amount). For example, aRM100 bonus with a x15 rollover requirement means you must place cumulative bets of RM1,500 before any withdrawal is permitted.
Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet. Table games such as baccarat and blackjack typically contribute 10% to 20%. Live dealer games may vary. Contribution rates for each game category are displayed in the relevant bonus offer page.
All bonuses have a validity period commencing from the date of credit. Bonuses not utilised or wagering requirements not met within the validity window will be automatically forfeited without compensation. Common validity windows are 7, 14, or 30 calendar days.
While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is RM250unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus Abuse: Dewi4D actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on low-risk outcomes to meet rollover requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Such conduct will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Participation in any game or betting market on Dewi4D is subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game interface.
All slot, virtual, and RNG-based casino games on the Dewi4D platform use certified Random Number Generation technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The house edge and, where available, Return-to-Player (RTP) rates are factual and disclosed. Dewi4D does not manipulate game outcomes.
Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are subject to their own betting rules governing settlement, void bets, and in-play restrictions. Dewi4D reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by demonstrable error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing mistakes. Disputed bets will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
In the event of a disconnection, server error, or technical failure during an active game session, Dewi4D will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the game state where technically possible. Where resolution is not possible, any stake committed to an interrupted game round will be refunded. Dewi4D is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages on the player's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Dewi4D platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:
Dewi4D reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, including any of the prohibited conduct enumerated in Section 9.
Upon termination of an Account, Dewi4D will conduct a review of the Account's activity. If no breach is identified, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit. If a breach is identified, all funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
A Player may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting Dewi4D customer support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests made for responsible gambling reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed with appropriate urgency.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Dewi4D platform without express prior written authorisation from Dewi4D.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dewi4D, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Dewi4D does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. Dewi4D will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits Dewi4D's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Dewi4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a notice displayed upon login. The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Dewi4D platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
For unresolved disputes, Players may submit a formal complaint to the Dewi4D customer support team in writing via the email address provided below. Dewi4D will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and will endeavour to resolve them within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
Dewi4D does not consent to class action or collective proceedings. Any dispute must be brought on an individual basis only.
